<b>Baja East competition storms into Rochester </b><br />RIT will be home to Baja East, one of the main competitions in the upcoming season. The Rochester Wet World Challenge will take place June 10-12 at Gordon Field House and at Hogback MX in Palmyra. The team will unveil the Baja off-road vehicle 2-4 p.m. March 20 outside the Slaughter Building. <b>Business boot camp focuses on the Web </b><br />Students Ian Mikutel and Greg Koberger have created RIT48, a 48-hour event that brings students together to collaborate, receive coaching and launch a Web startup company. <b>Visiting scientist explores the ‘power’ of math</b><br />Astrophysicist Mario Livio will present “Is God A Mathematician?” at 4 p.m. March 18 in the Carlson Auditorium. The talk is based on his book of the same name. Livio is the former head of the science division at the Space Telescope Science Institute, which operates the Hubble Space Telescope.
